Main purpose and key responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales growth for 3M Products in the Automotive Industry in Algeria
• Enhance the reputation and profile of 3M at the key accounts and distributors levels through appropriate programs and strategies
• Development of customer call plan
• Interaction with Automotive Aftermarket customers / top auto dealership and development of sales relationship with MSO (Multi-Shop-Owners) customers in the Collision Repair segment of the Automotive Industry
• Analyze industry and competitive activity and provide market intelligence feedback to Business Manager
• Develop monthly forecasting on sales
• Carry out SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) presentations on Car Repair Process to customers
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and connect across technical and business function within 3M and other external organizations.
• The position also involves extensive internal and external training of customers through hands-on demonstrations; field testing and new product evaluations; developing new systems and customer solutions.

Person profile:
Education:

• University degree

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years working experience in Car Refinishing and Collision Repair Process
• Prior sales experience in the automotive industry
• A qualification as a Spray Painter would be valuable
• Multinational experience and knowledge of the Collision Repair and Paint industry would be an added advantage.

Language:

• Fluent in Frensh (written and oral).
• Arabic - (written and oral).
• Good English understanding (written and oral)
