Key Experiences:
- Degree/Diploma in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, E&A, Process, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
- Food processing plants and technologies (Maintenance and Utilities), food safety, hygienic engineering.
- Maintenance Management and Planning, including TPM, M&I and decision support and reporting tools in AMM, and the requirements to ensure good quality information.
- Project Engineering; Plant Design and Construction, and (budget preparation and project justification).
- Understanding of Electricity, Control and Automation.
- People Development and Management tools.
- SH&E and QM Policies (among others ISO 14001, OHSAS 1800).
- Basic Costing Guidelines and Finance&Accounting principles; Operational Business Drivers.
- Technical Instructions & Guidelines Management System.
- Minimum 5 years in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, Industrial Services, M&I or E&A/MES Engineer, or equivalent positions).
- Participation in a M&I and/or Factory Engineering College(s).
- Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution).
- Personnel Supervision (on technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties).
- Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) (preferably including industrial services supply).
- Participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses in process or packing optimisation/continuous improvement.
- Self Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.
