Job Summary:

 

 

Reporting to the Finance Director, Managing all Accounting, Tax and Audit related activities, processes and the accounting team in compliance with and adherence to the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and financial and accounting policies and procedures.

 

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

Professional Accounting Certificate: (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a major plus.

 

Experience:

 

(7) Years of experience in a related position, of which at least (2) years in a managerial position and preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

 

 

Activities, Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing the accounting team and the various accounting cycles of Receivables, Payables, Costing, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.
• Generating periodic Financial Statements.
• Prepare and manage submitting corporate reporting requirements on a timely manner and under strict deadlines.
• Preparing and coordinating preparation of tax returns and coordinate tax related matters.
• Closely work with other finance peers including Budgeting, Reporting and Treasury.
• Supervise and being the liaison with internal and external auditors.
• Improving internal controls and enhancement of relevant processes.
• Building Capacity and development of accounting team.

Technical and personal Skills

• Analytical Skills.
• Very Good knowledge of SAP.
• English speaking is a plus.
• Good people management and interpersonal skills.
