Position purpose:
- The customer management information supervisor is responsible of the way that manages, organizes, stores and information, including the database policies and procedures, data integrity, data extraction, report customization and analysis ;
Data architecture, analysis and design:
- Set up models, policies, rules and standards that govern which data is collected and how it is stored, arranged and integrated
- Design and develop data models and architecture of the database.
- Evaluate the systems, software and hardware that already exist.
- Identify and analyze data sources.
- Specifies data needs.
- Confirm the mandatory data.
- Analyzer the data by defining quality requirements.
- Documented the needs.
- Sets the validation of loads, update metadata and data integrity process.
- Evaluates, integrates and install new versions.
Data governance:
- Manages the database performance by identifying and solving problems in the development of production and applications.
- Test the quality of data and analyzes their integration into all available sources.
- Evaluates the quality and availability of data.
- Establishes quality standards, monitoring systems as well as audit and matching processes.
- Schedule updates of databases.
- Modify existing databases as the evolution of user needs.
Data security management:
- Plan, coordinate and implement security measures to protect database information against accidents of unauthorized damage, against changes of disclosures.
- Design and develops lockout policies for critical transactions to ensure data integrity.
- Safe the database by preparing the rules and procedures for access and control. Sets up disaster recovery procedures.
Profile:
- Diploma in Operational Research.
- 4 years experience at least.
- Very good skills in French and English both in written and spoken.
- Aged between 30 and 40 years.
