As part of its development, Unilever Maghreb is recruiting for its subsidiary based in Oran a Supply Chain HR Business Partner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the activation of the local Human Resources plan (including the talent component).
  • Supports the activation of the Talent strategy for the business by developing insight and analysis of people related business issues and opportunities (by utilising global solutions, e.g. Talent Management tools/ processes and diversity metrics, etc).
  • Helps the HR BP Manager to implement change initiatives to deliver enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business.
  • Supports the collection of Human Resources/Organisation Effectiveness metrics and measurement for the business across HR lifecycle.
  • Helps to monitor and to address legal compliance issues to ensure that the organisation complies with local and national laws.
  • Interfaces with HR service provider for delivery of core HR services to the business monitors Quality and timeliness of service provision.
  • Escalates HR service provision issues through HR BP Managers Encourages groups and individuals to work collaboratively by focusing on the common purpose of the team.
  • The role is the local contact for Algeria ER/IR Responsibilities.

 

Profile :

  • Minimum of 2 years Experience.
  • Knowledge of local Legislation & Labor law in Algeria.
  • Graduated from Engineering or Business School.
  • French & English Proficiency.
  • Able to workunder pressure.
