Main Duties & Responsibilities :

• Take charge of site survey,installation, commissioning,integration,acceptance of GSM BSS/WCDMA RAN equipments.
• Provide technical support service to customer GSM BSS/WCDMA RAN system.
• Provide the GSM/UMTS network planning and design according to customer requirements.
• Conduct the Acceptance Test with customers and provide quick response for customer enquiries.
• Perform problems isolation and product faults identification.
• Provide onsite support and troubleshooting.
• Conduct network and system audits or assessment.
• Provide Emergency Support for Huawei GSM/WCDMA system.
• Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of support and implementation.
• Provide L2/L3 Support on the network Troubleshooting and improve customer’s satisfaction.

 

Other Requirements (Skills, Experience, Quantifications, etc.) :

• Good English and easy to communicate.

Required Work Experience :

• 3~5 years.

Language Request :

• English.
