- ASCs on site KPI audit RTAT MOT.
- ASC auditing (Fraud cases) PART USAGE.
- visit ASCs .ESCs.LGCs check issues and follow up process.
- visit disty and brand shop.(check for issue and repair lead time)
- KAM Report.
- MGSFS technician on site training.
- MGSFS usage Follow Up & Monitoring.
- FRFT FOLLOW UP& monitoring.
- MGSFS on time monitoring.
- RTAT follow up & Monitoring.
- CWO follow up & Monitoring.
- WIP follow up &monitoring.
- VOC treatment.
- Pending job management and monitoring.
- LGC Time table monitoring.
- Quality report.
- report manufacturing issues from sales partners to local factory PIC.
- Report after each field visit.(ASC.ESC.LGC)
- Network expansion.
- eliminate low quality ASCs and replace with new one.
- LGC technician hiring and selection.
Profile
- Minimum experience as Manager: 4Years .
- Good knowledge about SVC Process & management .
- Good level of English.(Speaking & writing)
- Good attitude.
