Aujourd’hui : BIG DATA SOLUTIONS est une start-up leader dans le secteur du FMCG . En pleine croissance, notamment à l’international (Partenaire exclusif de DATA IMPACT), nous cherchons de nouveaux collaborateurs pour intégrer notre fabuleuse équipe !

Missions

  • Identify, collect and analyze needs both internally and externally with customers.
  • Monitor competition and market developments.
  • Be proactive on improvements and evolutions.
  • Manage the product backlog.
  • Prioritize the product backlog in particular according to items business value and to the objectives of the company.
  • Actively participate in the product scraping roadmap design process.
  • Maintain daily monitoring and accurate reporting.
  • Anticipate scraping needs and plan for the future.
  • Coordinate and support the scraping team.
  • Be the guardian of inductions and good practices.
  • Follow up on scraping projects until delivery.
  • Represent the Agile team vision during (daily, grooming, planning, review, retro).
  • Follow-up the sprints and make sure that deadlines and functional scope are respected.
  • Communicate internally on necessary changes and adaptations.

Profile

  • Bac +2 or Bac +3 and from a specialized training in the digital sector
  • Excellent level of English (international teams and clients).
  • A project management or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile framework and tools (Jira is a plus).
  • 2 years minimum experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master.
  • Willingness to take the initiative, to be autonomous on one's subjects.
  • Good understanding of the issues and constraints of front-end development.
  • Ability to work in a team (questioning, humility, culture of challenge and feedback).

  • Final interview with one of the co-founders and Management team.
