JOB DESCRIPTION
Create and maintain optimized production processes/formulation which ensure the correct quality and quantity of products including Right First Time and stable throughput time.
Missions
- Make formulations available for production with specific and optimized process parameters.
- Update and change formulations as required from Group R&D
- Support and coach production operators with process optimization on daily basis
- Optimize recipes to maintain competitiveness in the local market within the framework set by regional and global R&D
- Give technical support and cooperate closely with maintenance
- Follow up process and quality deviations
- Investigate product complaints
- Describe the local production process for sustainable training of operators
- Give training to relevant personnel
- Evaluate need for improvements Additional powder-specific Responsibility:
- Provide compliance documents in accordance with various standards and directives like IOS MAT, REACH, ROHS, food contact etc.
Profil
PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Education: Engineering.
- Language: English, French (Required).
- Work Experience: 2 to 5 years’ experience in Process engineering.
