1. According to the delivery message, follow the cargo arrival status, and supervise the registration of cargo tracking table;

2. supervise the making of customs clearance documents;

3. Various documents of the file, preservation, circulation, etc .;

4. To find, filter and maintain reputable customs clearance agents and other units, and its management;

5. Review the customs clearance fees , and provide the corresponding fee details to finance;

6. Arrange inspectors to ensure that the goods are safe and accurate to reach the destination warehouse;

7. With the customer arrangements for transfer goods, and maintain timely communication with customers.

1. 2-5 years working experience in customs clearance management;

2. Proficient in foreign trade management, customs clearance management knowledge;

3. Have a strong negotiation skills, network application skills;

4. Fluent in spoken English and French.
