Huawei Télécommunications Algeria recruits a Human Resources Manager to Close work and collaboration with mangers of different levels

Organisation & Leading Change: organisation auditing, Job evaluation, Job descriptions, company Culture and Values enhancement, Employee Relation Management, Communication.
Recruitment & Staffing: Screening, interviews, Offer management, Labour office coordination, Employee integation process.
Compliance: labor law, labor inspection, process implementation, Internal rule,
Compensation & Benefit: Salary Survey (job matching, processes communication, reports), Salary survey reports analysis, benchmarking, salary grid process review.
HR Development & Training: Close work and collaboration with mangers of different levels, Annual evaluation review and analysis, audit of training needs, contact with schools & training centers, training plan implementation, training evaluation and feed back.
Budget: Annual HR Budget submission, Budget/Cost monthly follow up.

HR management or realated major with bachelor degree or higner.
At least 3 years experience of multinational company HR management or experience in telecommunication industry.
MondataryFlunent English and French in reading, speaking and writing.
Opetional: Chinese speaking and reading
Familiar with HR management system and Microsoft office.
Familar with HR related data analysis
Familiar with HR knowledge
Good communication skills with multicultural people
Oversea work or education background
