Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist in executing projects related to customer experience development, quality improvement, cost reduction, and market research under the guidance of experienced team members, known as facilitators.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• KAIZEN: Contribute ideas and insights to continuously improve processes, products, and services within all divisions.
