Base on the project plan or customer work order, create the MOP for the target site ,and complete the 3 approve process before the operation.
Technical support and guidance of onsite subcontractor team for installation and on-site local commissioning.
Prepare the scripts according to the design.
Configure Huawei MBTS based on the configuration tool supplied by Huawei.(U2000,CME,LMT...).
Upload the latest scripts to WDT server and check with subcontractor download the latest scripts, check subcontractor feedback the commissioning/checking log by WDT,...,etc.
Record the ANT Tilt value for each sector from site engineer.
Backup site alarm/scripts/licenses,...,etc. if necessary.
Commissioning and Integration of the Huawei equipment into customer RAN network with the recorded data within the operation time window without impacting the commercial service of Huawei's customer.
Cooperate with different related team(MW, Datacom, CN...etc.) for alarm cleanup during and after integration.
Cooperate with on-site subcontractor team for alarm clean up and make the site ready for acceptance.
Operation rollback if necessary.
Distribute licenses if necessary.
Integration report/logs, send daily/weekly/monthly report.
Cooperate with Radio team and subcontractors for acceptance and SSV.
Update the progress in ISDP, punch card by ISDP daily.

At least 3 years work experience in Microwave field.
Must familiar with Huawei Microwave product hardware.
Must have delivery experience for HUAWEI microwave configuration by WebLMT or U2000.
