As a Car Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management and maintenance of our company's fleet of vehicles. This includes overseeing vehicle acquisition, maintenance, disposal, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, a deep understanding of automotive technology, and the ability to optimize fleet operations to meet business objectives.
Missions

- Responsibilities:
- Fleet Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive fleet management policies and procedures.
- Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of company vehicles.
- Monitor and manage vehicle utilization to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Maintenance and Repairs:
- Coordinate regular maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs.
- Establish relationships with service providers and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the fleet budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on fleet performance, expenses, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize fleet operations.
Profil
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of automotive technology and maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
