Missions
- Network development ;
- Principals Standards implementation for branches & dealers ;
- Standards sustainment ;
- Dealers After sales support (Manpower skills development, Profitability enhancement , business sustainability);
- Coordinate and manage several service programs and initiatives by principals;
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures;
- Manage and coordiante for training programs progress for branches & dealers
Profile
- Mechanical tertiary education ; Engineer
- At least 05 years working experience in service shops environment at the middle management level;
- Good people and customers relations skills.
