Global multinational in the automotive sector, renowned for the reliability of its vehicles and exceptional customer service. Currently seeking a Field Operation Senior Supervisor

Missions

  • Network development ;
  • Principals Standards implementation for branches & dealers ;
  • Standards sustainment ;
  • Dealers After sales support (Manpower skills development, Profitability enhancement , business sustainability);
  • Coordinate and manage several service programs and initiatives by principals;
  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures;
  • Manage and coordiante for training programs progress for branches & dealers

Profil

  • Mechanical tertiary education ; Engineer
  • At least 05 years working experience in service shops environment at the middle management level;
  • Good people and customers relations skills.
